A West Coast style IPA heavily hopped in the kettle for an assertive bitterness and aggressively dry hopped with Azacca, Simcoe and Mosiac hops in the fermenter for a potent citrus & floral aroma.
#2 FREYBURG IPA: 5.8% (45 IBU)
NE IPA brewed with oats and lactose then dry hopped twice with Simcoe, Azacca and Mosaic hop for a subtle bitterness and a super juicy flavor.
#3 COOPER’S CITRUS WIT : 5.0% ABV (20 IBU)
Traditional Belgian Wit brewed with oats, orange peel, chamomile and coriander for a citrusy aroma and flavor complimented by a soft mouth feel and citrusy sweet finish.
#4 SAGE ALLEY PILSNER: 5.3% (25 IBU)
German style Pilsner brewed with pilsner malts, Hallertau, Herbrucker and Czech Saaz hops for a crisp and clean malt backbone complimented by a subtle hop bitterness and delightful earthly/floral aroma.
#5 SAGE SUMMER SHANDY: 4.3% ABV (10 IBU)
We added real lemons to make this Shandy light and refreshing with a lemonade finish. Great for sipping outdoors on a warm Summer day or night.
#6 MAKING BEER GREAT AGAIN: 8% ABV (45 IBU)
Double IPA with oats and lactose, then we triple hopped it with an outrageous amount of Simcoe, Azacca, Mosiac and Pacific Jade for an aroma blasting with citrus, cantaloupe and a subtle honey suckle taste.
#7 WATERMELON SOUR: 5.2% ABV (10 IBU)
We soured the wort for 48hrs and then added a healthy amount of watermelon near the end of fermentation for a tart and refreshing beer, perfect for sipping on during summer.
#8 MAIN STREET LAGER: 5.2% (20 IBU)
Amber Lager with a nice caramel and bread malt flavor rounded out with noble hops for a subtle hop aroma.
#9 MONK JUICE: 8.3% ABV (10 IBU)
Belgian Tripel brewed with Pilsner malt, then fermented with Belgian Abbey Ale yeast for aromas of banana and clove, with a delightfully sweet finish.
#10 BLACKBERRY LEMON ALE: – 6.4% ABV (10 IBU)
American fruit beer fermented with Blackberries and Lemons, then also aged on top of more Blackberries and Lemons for a delicious blackberry lemonade flavor.
#11 PUMPKIN SPICE ALE: 5.4% ABV (10 IBU)
This ale is brewed with a blend of pumpkin spices, then we added lactose and put it on nitro for a silky smooth, creamy mouth feel that tastes just like Grandma’s pumpkin pie!
#12 CATTLE DRIVE MILK STOUDT: 5.0% ABV (30 IBU)
Milk Stoudt on Nitro brewed with English hops and lactose for a medium body with hints of cocoa nibs, roasted barley and a silky smooth finish.
